Install-Module failure

Sorry if this is a duplicate post, but I need some pretty serious help. I cannot get Posh to load as a module. Below is my input history:
PS C:\users\aa-jason\My Documents\Modules> $p = [Environment]::GetEnvironmentVar
iable("PSModulePath")
PS C:\users\aa-jason\My Documents\Modules> $p += "c:\users\aa-jason\My Documents
\Modules\"
PS C:\users\aa-jason\My Documents\Modules> [Environment]::SetEnvironmentVariable
("PSModulePath",$p)
PS C:\users\aa-jason\My Documents\Modules> Import-Module PoshWSUS
Import-Module : The specified module 'PoshWSUS' was not loaded because no
valid module file was found in any module directory.

PS C:\users\aa-jason\My Documents\Modules>
Am I missing a dependency or a step to load this? Very new to PS so any help at all is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Jafrance,

have you unzipped the download into the "modules" directory?
